My GYN recommended trying a myo-inositol supplement for hormonal imbalance since I was dealing with pretty severe cycles along with GI/bloating issues, and so far this one seems to be helping!
The powder dissolves easily in water and has very little taste, which makes it simple to take consistently. I also agree with another reviewer that the ingredient list should really be included on the product listing itself rather than only on the jar so buyers can review it before ordering.
That said, I�ve used this brand for other supplements with good results, so I felt comfortable giving it a try even without seeing the full ingredient list ahead of time.
Overall this seems like a solid product and an excellent value at about $15 for a six-month supply. Highly recommend, and I�ll update if anything changes with longer use. 4 stars for a somewhat incomplete product listing, would be 5 stars if ingredients listed in full transparency.

This Inositol powder seems pretty decent. I will say that I don't like that the listing doesn't have the full ingredient list. They are on the jar itself, but I believe they should also be in the listing so people can decide if it's safe for them to buy. The powder is easy to scoop. It doesn't really have a flavor which makes it easy to put in water without being super hard to get through. It dissolves quickly and without clumps. The jar seals well and you shouldn't have to worry about this going bad. I have noticed less bloating. So far this seems like a good supplement for a decent price. It does take time to work though, so you need to be consistent in order to see results.
