This review is for the pineapple flavor.These gummies came in a large paper cylinder with individually wrapped gummies. I thought this was a bit odd as compared to most brands in bottles, but I assume this was to keep the gummies fresh and keep them from sticking together. This is a 60-day supply with two gummies per day to meet the 400 mg amount. My container of gummies indicated a manufacture date of April 2025 and an expiration date of April 2027.This brand appears to be made in Italy, although I could not find any specifics regarding their brand and certifications in both Italy or the US. Their website indicated a residential address (not a business address) in California and not Italy. There is also no registered business at that address in California. The address on the container in Italy is also a residential address and not a business location. Because of this lack of verifiable information on this brand, I have some real concerns about this product.I prefer the Glycinate version of Magnesium because it is better absorbing into your system than other Magnesium versions. I started using magnesium to help with getting a better sleep. This is the first time that I have tried taking the gummy version though. One thing I noticed was the addition of maltodextrin, which is a bit of a concern to me as I am not certain how safe that ingredient is. With that being said, I will not use any supplements that have a bunch of additional ingredients on a long-term basis versus certain brands of supplements, which have less ingredients and are closer to natural. Another concern is these gummies look too much like candy with its bear design, especially to a kid, and they could accidently eat a bunch of these and potentially cause ill effects.I typically use magnesium glycinate to help with getting a restful sleep. These taste ok like what you would expect a pineapple gummy to taste like and are definitely more pleasant and easier to take than the pill version for sure. They taste sweet like pineapple but not overly so. However, because of my concerns around the lack of information about the company, I limited to taking these for a few days. Although I seemed to fall asleep fairly quickly, I didn’t feel as rested as I do with my regular magnesium brand. Some days, I woke up several times through the night and a couple of mornings, I woke with a slight headache, which doesn’t typically happen with a known brand of Magnesium Glycinate. I am not sure that it was a direct cause, but because of the lack of verifiable information regarding the brand, its manufacturing process and its quality control, gave me enough concern to stop taking them. They definitely seem less effective or the amount of the magnesium seemed inconsistent with what is supposed to be in these.Overall, due to the issues I have outlined, I will not use these any longer and I will recommend these. As with all supplements, do your research, verify the information, before using any product.2 stars

These gummies have a pretty good pineapple flavor. Gummies are vegan as described, and did not stick to my teeth or dental work at all. I like that these are sugar free, but they are very annoying to take! Each gummy is individually wrapped in a hard to open wrapper. They work about as well as any other magnesium gummy I have tried, haven't noticed any issues with sleep. I can't recommend these though, because this appears to be yet another sketchy supplement brand. The Italian address shows up as a district with restaurants and shops, and the American address on their website is literally just a random house in California. Also couldn't verify if their 'certified organic' claim is true, or if these really are made in Italy. I won't be getting these again, and I recommend you buy something from a more reputable brand that doesn't hide where things are made!

The most distinctive aspect of this product is not the supplement, but its packaging. The cylindrical paperboard carton is oversized compared to other packaging for a 60-count supply of gummies, which would normally fit in a smaller bottle. For example, I received a different magnesium gummy supplement recently with 90-count supply in a plastic jar at less than 1/2 the size. Opening the container, you find that each gummy is individually wrapped. With a suggested daily serving of two servings, that means two unwrappings for each day.In thinking through why individually wrapped pieces are needed, the best case scenario would be to communally share the supplement—multiple roommates, multiple family members, dormitory, cafeteria, or workplace break room. It would be more sanitary than each person sticking their hands into a jar or bottle to get some gummies. No clumping of pieces also, and I supposed you could also take them on the go for later consumption.The gummies themselves are shaped like gummy bears and the chew and mouthfeel are silky smooth. No grit, not tough nor rubbery, and not overly sticky. The flavor is goji berry, which I don't think I've had before, but it is pleasant and not cloyingly sweet.Magnesium glycinate is one variant among several magnesium supplements available on the market. The glycinate variety, combined with the amino acid glycine, is often associated with calming attributes and soothing for stomach while also allowing magnesium to be easily absorbed. I got into taking additional magnesium for better recovery after workouts and to less soreness in my muscles. For me, I believe it works great and think my levels were too low before.

Just received these magnesium gummies today. I was disappointed to discover that the gummies are individually wrapped. That said, they do taste good. I don’t know yet if they are effective. I will update this review once I have taken the gummies for a couple of weeks. One star taken off for the wasteful packaging.
